But like a Phoenix, the country is rising from the fire and undertaking major changes to tidy up its reputation. Upon seeing Carla Ossa, you’ll drop the negatives at Colombia, and just see pure beauty. Very little is known about her, just like her country. But if you’re on a quest for a gem just like Carla, you will surely go through anything Colombia has to offer, come hell or high water.
