Adding a much-needed update to their most popular model, Casio introduces the Metal Twisted G-Shock. While we’re so used to the hard plastic that comes in several colors on the G-Shock, this new model is totally different. That’s because its case is now made of metal with a combination of resin for that extra manly look with a touch of class. Casio develops the Core Guard Structure stainless steel for the case, combined with alpha Gel and Tough Movement for incredible resiliency at their Yamagata factory in Japan. Keeping the accuracy of the movement is a multi-band atomic timekeeper that gathers data from global transmitting stations. Three exciting models will be introduced for the Metal Twisted G-Shock. The first comes with a polished steel and resin case while another is a black ion-plated look. For the 30th Anniversary of the G-Shock, there’s also the limited-edition model with gold accents and a red-paneled bracelet that pays homage to the colors of Casio. $900+.
