FujiFilm FinePix X100

While Fujifilm may have lost the battle on the DSLR market with Canon and Nikon, the company looked to the past when they brought out their latest model. The FinePix X100 screams of old-school photography but with modern touches. The magnesium-alloy body guarantees durability and some weather protection while the leather-like material makes it easy to grip and beautiful to behold. Even the screw-type shutter button is retro-inspired and will accept the cable release. Capturing images is through a 12.3-megapixel CMOS sensor and the 23mm, f/2 Fujinon lens allows you to shoot even in poorly-lit conditions. $1,200.
