Everybody loves the look of vintage cameras, apparently, but hate the fact that it’s not digital. Why not get the best of both worlds as FUJIFILM, once again, puts out a throwback camera with the XF1? It has an aluminum case coated with faux leather but actually feels like the real thing (or so FUJIFILM claims). This sets it apart from all the plasticy products dominating the market today. No film here, just a 12MP CMOS sensor that’s good for ISO 100 to 12,800 if pushed to the very extreme. You probably won’t reach that number though, as the built-in lens has a large, f/1.8 aperture at the wide focal lengths. Accessorizing the camera is also encouraged, so if you’re one of those types, then this shooter’s for you. $TBA.
We hope you enjoyed this FUJIFILM XF1 article!
