Haruna was discovered in Shibuya when she was 15. She was then chosen as one of Tele Asa’s Angel Eyes in 2003. In 2004, she became a swimsuit model for the Parco department store chain across Tokyo. Haruna still makes DVDs and photobooks. She also managed to launch a music career with her first single in 2006 Let Me Love You.
