Hou Hou Shu Sparkling Sake
The Hou Hou Shu Sparkling Sake is a good alternative to the New Year’s Champagne toast. The unfiltered Junmaishu sake has a sweet and gentle flavor and it’s only 6% alcohol. The festive blue bottle offers some holiday cheer as well. There’s also a red bottle available that contains sake infused with rosehips and hibiscus. Price is for a 187 mL bottle. $8.
