Insta Snow: Just Add Water

Your dreams of having a white Christmas may just come true (at least for tropical residents) with Steve Spangler’s Insta Snow. The super absorbent polymer or Hydrogel expands rapidly as you add water, turning it into an instant white powder similar to snow. After your snowball fight or winter-inspired party, just collect what Insta Snow is left and store it for future use. Although, you can’t eat this type of snow, yellow or not. Your one pound bag makes 8 gallons of the white stuff. $25.

    I love EVERYTHING ever said or done by Steve Spangler! I hadn’t thought of it before, but my male students seem to love the InstaSnow more than do the girls; at least, they show more enthusiasm over it. I buy a gallon’s worth every couple of months.
