Anybody who did prison time knows how hot and volatile the situation inside is. Now imagine that heat, bottled up and turned into a hot sauce then you’ll probably know the temperatures involved here. The Jail House Fire Hot Sauce is made by people who are actually in a jail house – inmates from Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL. All the sales of these sauces will benefit the prison. Three flavors are available: Original, Smoke (chipotle-based), and No Escape, which, by it’s name alone, will surely get you running for cover.
