Elite took over career; soon she got a chance of modeling for famous brands like Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Lanvin, Versace, Giorgio Armani and became a part of Victoria’s Secret catalogues. Karen appeared on the cover of Vogue and Nivea advertisement campaign.
