Where The Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles
Yo-Ho! Welcome back, me hearties! Enjoy our latest plunders.

It seems like every album John Mayer puts out is better and more soulful than the last, and that’s saying a lot because the hipster-esque Blues guitarist came out smokin’ hot a few years ago. Now hear his best stuff live on his new live performance LP Where The Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles. “Where the light is” is, of course, a lyric from his hit song “Gravity” from his Continuum album. How much more soulful can it get than a live album, especially from a babyfaced white boy? We think maybe plundering Jessica Simpson for a couple years got John’s creative juices flowing. We kid, we kid! $10.

With all the crappy crunk music that’s out today, at least there are a few true hip-hop artists keeping rap alive.
The soulful rock ballads by Lenny are always awesome hits that get our blood flowing. The man embodies cool.
Jack Johnson makes some of the best ‘feel good’ music out there. Who else could take on the task of doing the Curious George Soundtrack without injecting unnecessary cheesiness?
It’s been a while since RZA put out beats like he did on 8 Diagrams, the new LP from Wu-Tang Clan. The Clan is back on point with a number of hot tracks such as “The Heart Gently Weeps” which is based on “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” by the Beatles, among others.

It seems like every time The Boss does anything, people go crazy. Bruce Springsteen’s new album, Magic, is his first collaboration with the E Street Band in 5 years.
