The G940 system comes with a joystick, throttle, and rudder pedals to get as close to the real flying experience as possible. It comes with a built-in feedback system wherein you’ll get a real reaction whenever your virtual plane encounters turbulence, resistance, and even G-forces. The joystick and throttle controller comes with its recommended mounting points for securing on the table or gaming station so your controls don’t go flying in the thick of things. Nintendo has a reason to be worried now, since Microsoft unveiled their latest project at this week’s E3. For now it is just called project Natal, and it is a camera that captures motion data and can recognize both faces and voices. No need to pick up a Wii controller, your body is the controller with this thing. $TBA.
This new, badly needed upgrade for the Sony PSP was introduced at E3 2009, it is the Sony PSP GO. This model will now come as a slider, with a 3.8 inch display, 16GB of flash storage, Bluetooth, and a Memory Stick Micro slot. They have removed the UMD drive to make it 40 % lighter, and it will have Playstation Network support. $TBA.
Everyone loves their old school NES games, but the old systems are a real pain to keep working since the system was first released over 20 years ago. Now you can play all of your favorite games on the go with this portable system that features a 2.4″ LCD screen, a top loading cartridge slot, and an A/V output to hook it up to your tv. $50.
When Tony Hawk first came out for the PS1 it was a very original game giving skaters a place to ride around freely busting out crazy tricks, but since it has kind of fell into a loop of the same old stuff over and over again, not to mention the introduction of the Skate series which changed the way people look at skating games. Not to be outdone Tony Hawk is back with a new game called Ride, which will feature a skate deck controller to really put you into the game. Not much yet is known about the deck or the game, but we are definitely interested and will continue to cover this one. $TBA.
This isn’t the first time we have seen the Logitech Wireless Guitar Controller Premiere Edition, but now that it is available in a sleek new black color, we think it’s worth another look. This thing retains all the same great features of the first edition, such as silent buttons, but you will be glad to know that this one is priced $50 cheaper than the original. $200.
