The Denon DP-200USB turntable is what you think it is, a record player but with an added high-tech bonus. It has an MP3 encoder so you could plug any USB storage device and it will rip your records into a digital format. This way, your analog record could be preserved while you hurl abuse at its inferior digital doppelganger. $250.

The 25-watt, 2.1 speakers feature a 4 inch bass with bass reflex system, a pair of 1.5 inch mids, and a couple of tweeters all coupled with a sound stabilizing system. No clue on what the stabilizer is but it’s probably an automatic equalizer. Adjusting the pig’s voice are its touch-sensitive ears or a provided infrared remote. A hi-fi amplifier plus an internal airflow optimizer makes sure that this pig bellows out crystal clear sounds. $120.

Such as the one that houses the Kenwood SP0001 Speakers. Weighing about 5 lbs. each, the two-way speaker has an 80 dB output from a 10W maximum input. They may not be huge numbers but knowing how molded glass makes an almost perfect seal, these speakers will surely sound big. And with the optional stand with white or blue LEDs, the coolness factor just gets dialed to 11. No word on US availability but you can buy it now from Kenwood’s online store. ~$1,300.
