HTC Hero is looking pretty good based on these images, but the third HTC/Android phone is also boasting of a new Android UI called Sense. The 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, 5-megapixel autofocus camera, GPS and 512 MB of internal memory also sweetens the deal. No word yet on the pricing and availability, but expect it to hit the stores soon.

The existing Nokia E71 received some updates, now with improved email client, a 5-megapixel camera, and an optical navi key function. The phone obtains a better instant messaging feature, GPS, compass, and active noise cancellation. Maintaining the E71 looks, the upgraded phone is now tagged as the E72. $490.

Apple made it in time for Summer to bring out the newest iPhone, the iPhone 3G S. Though physically, this new iPhone does not have any difference to the 3G edition, some new features are added. With iPhone 3G S, you get faster hardware, increased battery life, faster connections thanks to the support of 7.2Mbps HSDPA, digital compass, video capture, 3 megapixel autofocus camera and voice controls. This cell phone is a slider style which uses Sony’s Remote Play feature to let you control and access media from your Playstation 3 via Wi-Fi. Add in a 3 inch touch screen, 8.1 megapixel camera, 3G connectivity and matching Bluetooth headphones and you’ve got a winner. $TBA.
