It’s a big let down to still use punch cards for attendance and finger prints for identity verification. Any business would look really amazing when installed with facial recognition and time attendance systems. What it does is use 3D facial recognition system to track attendance of employees and also provide access to doors. By 3D we mean that it’s not going to be fooled by holding up a simple picture of a person for an intruder to get access. The system can be setup to recognize and log information like attendance, overtime and even late arrivals for up to 500 different employees, and records can be downloaded to a USB flash drive or accessed via TCP/IP when the console is connected to a network. $480.
