Even though they are a year or so behind, Microsoft doesn’t want to be outdone by the iPod touch, and has announced their Zune HD. The Zune HD features a 3.3 inch capacitive OLED screen, HD Radio, Internet browsing, 720p Video out, and access to Xbox Live’s Video Marketplace. We doubt that we will ever see a phone on this thing though. $TBA.
