Of all the chicks that have guested in HBO’s dramedy ‘Entourage’, the most ambiguous must be Natasha Alam. You might remember her playing Anika in the ‘Sorry, Harvey’ episode. She played a tranny who’s out to get the fictitious Beverly Hills mayor before the lenses of TMZ caught her package. But the good news though is that Natasha is all woman!
