Updating their line of telephoto zoom lenses is Nikon with the new 70-200mm f/4 VR. While it may look like the other model with the same focal length, this one opens at a smaller, constant f/4 aperture, yet offering five stops of Vibration Reduction (VR). It’s also cheaper than the f/2.8 version, but lighter and more portable for the weary traveler. Designed for full-frame (FX) cameras, it has Nano-coated elements for visual clarity as well as Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass for extra sharpness and minimal chromatic aberration. $1,400.
