Seems like updates are coming up in bunches for Nikon’s COOLPIX line of cameras. The new flagship, designated as the P7700, gets the update that matters – a new lens equipped with Vibration Reduction (VR) with an aperture range of f/2-4 and a 1/1.7-inch CMOS sensor. This means you’ll get a lens capable of zooming from 28 all the way to 200mm at a wide aperture, for more light gathering and better shots, even in poorly-lit conditions. The 12.2MP camera is also operable at full manual mode, meaning you can get creative with the techniques you’ve learned from all the photo blogs you’ve been reading about. Nikon’s wireless Creative Lighting System (CLS) is also supported so you can really get cracking on off-camera lighting work for more awesome captures. $500.
We hope you enjoyed this Nikon COOLPIX P7700 article!
