As for the extra prefix, the new digital SLR camera boasts a higher resolution, bumping it to 24.5 megapixel on a new 35.9×24 mm sensor for studio work that demands greater amount of detail. ISO range from 50-6400 for a wide range of lighting conditions. Because of the increase in MP count, the burst shooting speed of this baby is now at 5 fps at full FX (Nikon’s full frame) format. The camera also has a 51-point AF system for a more accurate auto focus. $8,000.
