Nvidia has announced a new handheld game console at 2013 CES in Las Vegas called ‘Project Shield.’ Driving the game is a newly announced chip, the Nvidia Tegra 4, which is world’s fastest mobile processor, according to the company. Backed with a custom 72-core Nvidia GeForce GPU, it gives an ultimate gaming experience. Project Shield runs on an Android OS, featuring a full-sized game controller with 5-inch 1280 x 720 HD retinal multi-touch display. The battery comes with an energy-saving PRISM technology, giving the users up to 38 hours of gaming pleasure. Nothing much was revealed, but we expect to get some more details later this year. $TBA.
