The buttons look a little oddly placed as well so I am not sure how much it will really help alleviate repetitve stress injury as Cyber Sport suggests.

I’m an accountant and I do suffer from pain in my hand due to the repetitive motions required by a traditional scroll wheel. This mouse’s method of scrolling seems to offer a way to scroll more fluidly and more naturally. I am defiantly going to get one and try it out.
