While not a completely new idea, this is certainly an improvement on the primitive “mess kit” that most backpackers and outdoorsy type of folk usually use. This thing is incredibly portable, versatile and spill proof. Included in the set are two plates, a no-spill cup with a lid, a colander and cutting board, a utensil with a spoon on one end and a fork on the other, and a small waterproof box.
