Pentax K-x Red

Pentax believes that the new black is any color other than black. The purveyors of SLR cameras sporting different colors are at it again. After releasing green and white SLRs, Pentax now brings you this blood red K-x. It features all the trimmings of what a 2009 entry-level SLR must have like a 12.4 megapixel sensor, live view mode, face and scene recognition, and of course, 720p shooting capability at 24 fps. There’s even an HDR feature for those who like overly processed shots with bright highlights and deep shadows. The undeniable selling point of this shooter is the insane color, one that you’ll usually see on point-and-shoots and not on single lens reflexes. Pentax will announce the select locations where you can pick up these reds. $650+.
