The Extreme Pro CompactFlash features an astonishing 128GB capacity with up to 100MB per second write speed. That’s possible because of SanDisk’s proprietary Power Core controller that distributes data across the card faster and more efficiently, as well as the UDMA-7 interface. Photographers will certainly enjoy more wiggle room for RAW+JPEG shots, even on machine gun shutter mode. Video shooters can take advantage of the big space and fast write speed for full HD shooting, even 3D. All that space and power doesn’t come cheap though. $1,500.
