The last time I invited a girl over and told her to smoke my meat, she slapped me and stormed out. I guess she didn’t realize I was the proud owner of the Smokin Tex Hot-or-Cold Smoker. This is a stainless steel, fully-insulated smoker, that can handle anything you throw at it. It also features a cold smoker for things like cheese and pasta. $800.
