We can all agree that slim is sexy but some prefer slim with a little bit of curve. That’s just what the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is all about. At just 8.7mm (0.34-inches) at its thickest point, it’s almost as thin as a cracker. It’s not slim on specs though. Sony has years of experience in cameras and displays and they’ve put that experience into good use for the Xperia Arc. The Android 2.3 Gingerbread-powered smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel camera with an Exmor R mobile sensor and a lens that opens at f/2.4. The Reality Display on the 4.2-inch multitouch screen runs on Sony’s Bravia engine and everything is controlled by the 1GHz processor. $TBA.
