Mavizen TTX02

Mavizen TTX02
Connectivity, mobility, and freedom, just three of the attributes you’re likely to attach to this ‘laptop on wheels’ from Mavizen. The TTX02 Road Racing electric bike is no ordinary two-wheeler – not only does it have a license plate, it has a dedicated IP address as well. Based on the Linux operating system, the bike is basically a moving web server that’s capable of connecting to a Wi-Fi network so you can attach your laptop or other USB peripherals on the bike. Propulsion is courtesy of an Agni 95R permanent magnet motor that gives 53 Nm of torque that gives the bike a top speed of about 130 mph. The chassis is a KTM RC8 and the brakes are racing-spec Brembo. Surely, your laptop cannot go as fast as the TTX02. ~$41,300.

Dell Inspiron 15n: Ubuntu Loaded

Dell Inspiron 15n: Ubuntu Loaded
Budget-conscious users or those who just refuse to belong to the people who make Bill Gates rich should consider this latest package from Dell. Their new Inspiron 15n notebook is fully customizable; from the lid color to the innards. The neat thing however is the Ubuntu Linux OS that’s pre-loaded in the machine. No Windows OS means no high cost. Base price is set at $299 but a little more coercion from your wallet will give you a Pentium Dual Core T4200 2 GHz processor. A 15.6″ glossy LCD display, 160 GB SATA HDD, Ethernet, wireless 802.11 g card, and an 8x combo drive comes with the package too. Expect them to be shipped mid-June. $334.
