Pineapple Grenade Oil Lamp: Won’t Go Boom

Show your new guests that you’re not someone they should be messed around with when they see that even your oil lamp is military-based. The US Army has some surplus pineapple grenades so New York designer Piet Houtenbos decided to give it a new life by turning them into oil lamps. Instead of gunpowder, the grenades are now filled with oil and burns for approximately 24 hours continuously. The grenades are coated with linseed oil so you won’t worry about the munitions from rusting through. $55.
