Element’s intention in creating the Travel Well Skateboards are cool. They peg these eco-friendly skates as a fun and healthy alternative way to travel, which is a great selling factor now that environmentalism is all the rage. Created by Chuck Hults and Rodney Smith, board industry veterans, the skateboards are retro-styled and are made with bamboo, maple, oak, and walnut. They can be nice decorative pieces as well if you can’t hold yourself up on the board. $145-$160.
