I’ve got some pretty extreme tastes, and have tried a lot of things that most would look at and simply say “no way!”, so this one is right up my alley. This Volcano Boarding day out in Nicaragua is suprisingly cheap (although you have to get to Nicaragua on your dime), but the 4.5 hour trip includes transportation, lessons, and even a free mojito at the end. Maybe the nervous types should request the mojito before boarding down the volcano, to relieve the nerves a little bit. $28.
