This new baby from VW is powered by a 2.0 liter turbo diesel that pumps out 180hp, good for a 0-60 time of 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 140 and YET still being able to put rates of 35 miles per gallon on normal mode and 62 on economy mode. Unbelievable? Believe it! This car should be in Ripley’s just for those statistics alone. The magic with this roadster is the mid-engine layout that evens out the weight distribution alongside the small and lightweight convertible body that’s just 13 feet in length. Speed, power and eco-friendliness all in one car! Just great! $TBA.
