In an alternate universe, this is what the two most famous plumbers in the world would look like. Gone are the pudgy and lanky brothers Mario and Luigi and replaced by these two badasses. Instead, the t-shirt reveals a more menacing Mario riding Yoshi and destroying a Koopa Troopa with a fireball. Yoshi’s now a fierce T-Rex with an impossibly long tongue and stomping Little Goombas with a vengeance. Luigi just emerged from a pipe giving a right cross on to the face of a piranha plant. If the two formerly lovable plumbers look like this, I just wonder how Princess Peach must look like. $20.

Rookie is more or less the same as Bowser, even adopting Bowser’s attacks from Super Mario Bros. He differs from his mentally natural counterpart physically, however, in that he wears a dark blue mask over his upper head and, strangely, has green eyes (whereas Bowser’s as shown as red in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga). Rookie’s personality is also different than that of Bowser; Rookie is extremely submissive and loyal to Popple.
