Miniaturization is the trend nowadays which is especially evident in storage devices and various data methods. Now with this trend comes the new mouse from Z-Nano. The new Z-Nano mouse is baptized to be the World’s Smallest mouse so far (and I can’t imagine another one being released that’s smaller than this one). Its dimensions are 42 x 21 x 17.65mm (See pic). But don’t be fooled, even though it’s small, its tracking is 1600 dots per inch (dpi) whereas a typical optical mouse tracks between 400 dpi and 800 dpi only. Aside from the other cool features that it has, ex: magnetized wire management, the best feature of all is the ability to slide in a 1×1 photo into a transparent slot that gives a unique touch to the mouse. As if it weren’t unique enough for its smallness already! $60.

I thought it was a PRACTICAL joke when I received one from a friend. Cos it looks absolutely IMPRACTICAL to me.
The Cool part is that it has MY photo inserted into it. I tried for about five mins and gave up. I didn’t even realize that it uses front and back clicking instead of right and left clicking.
It was my eleven-year old kid that read through the manual and tried it. He went berserk over it and thought it was REALLY cool. It is a LASER mouse that you can set the sensitivity from 100 dpi to 1600 dpi. There is even an Auto-Scroll mode for reading. He seems to be finding out new things about this mouse everyday! He even told me that the cable is a special medical grade cable to improve reliability. Even his friends thinks he has got the COOLEST mouse around !

Why hasn’t anyone thought of it earlier? The touchpad on my Asus is ‘untouchable’.
I’ve disabled it the 2nd day I bought it.
This mouse is definitely smaller than ANY mouse I’ve ever come across, and I’m definitely game for one… soon.
