ZVOX 550: Bass from Z Base

The ZVOX Z-Base 550 is on the other end of the spectrum for the home theater lovers who are audiophiles as well. At one end is the loud, flashy, and over-the-top audio set-up where you have 200 speakers mounted all across the room and on the other end, it’s this beautiful black box. Basically, the Z-Base 550 is just about 4 inches high and it houses 5 speakers and a subwoofer all designed to be the base of your LCD or plasma TV. ZVOX’s PhaseCue software cleverly arranges the sound from your TV to give the surround sound appeal. $500.
